YOU WILL NEED:

– 400 gr of peeled garlic, cut into quarters

– 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder

– 1 small piece of ginger root

– 400 gr of sugar (preferably brown)

– 1 l of water

INSTRUCTIONS:

– Put the water and the sugar into saucepan bring it to a boil.

– Add the garlic, turmeric and the grated ginger, and let the mixture boil again.

– Remove the pan from the heat, let it cool to room temperature, and keep it in the fridge.

– Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture every morning on empty stomach, and another 2 in the evening, after dinner, before going to bed.
