Cranberry, Orange and Banana Smoothie
Turn seasonal fresh fruit into a healthy, vibrant smoothie for breakfast on the go or a speedy snack.
- 1 1/2 cups (12 oz./375 g) plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz./185 g) frozen cranberries
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled, each cut crosswise into 5 slices and seeded
- 3 Tbs. agave nectar
In a Vitamix blender, combine the yogurt, cranberries, bananas, oranges and agave nectar. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Serves 4.
