Champignons Pate



400g mushrooms
50g butter
2 tablespoons ketchup
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
5 cloves garlic
1 large onion
3 twigs parsley
  salt and pepper by taste


1. Chop the champignons in tiny pieces . Chop the garlic and the onion finely , then steam them together with the butter until the liquid from the champignons evaporates.
 2. Mix the ingredients  in a blender and cool it down. In the cooled mixture add mayonnaise, ketchup, cream, the parsley and season to taste.

If you want to have more evident flavor from the garlic in the pate instead of steaming you can only blend it with all the ingredients)
