Linguine with spinach and avocado



     Linguine 500g.
     Avocado – 1 piece
     Spinach – 250g
     Garlic – 1 clove
     Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
     Salt – 1/2 tsp
     basil – half tsp
     Thyme – half tsp


Boil the Linguine in water with salt-free butter, 1 minute less than what is written on their packaging. Example says that if boiled 8 minutes, we boil 7 minutes.  Finally we leach the extra water.
In blender we put avocados (to be mature), spinach, garlic, olive oil, basil and thyme. We blend them and the pasta that we receive we put in the already boiled linguine and put them back for 1 more minute to boil.
