The quality of the hair is a priority of most women as it symbolizes beauty and femininity.
However, improper care, frequent dying, chemical treatments, and exposure to heat take their toll and leave the hair damaged, thin, and broken. This often leads to hair loss, too.
This article presents as simple homemade shampoo which significantly improves hair`s quality by stimulating its growth, promoting volume, and restoring its health. The shampoo itself is very easy to prepare and the results are guaranteed! After a few uses, the hair will become much stronger and shinier. Within a few months, you will get healthy, voluminous, and splendid hair!
- Panthenol 100 ml(3.3 fluid oz)
- Nettle drops 30 ml(1 fluid oz)
- AD drops, 30 ml(1 fluid oz) of aqueous solution (one vial)
- Castor oil 50ml(1.6 fluid oz)
- Two ampoules of vitamin B
Note: If you have extremely dry hair, use only half a bottle of the nettle drops as they dry out the skin even more.
Add all the ingredients in a nettle shampoo which can be bought in any store or supermarket.
Shake the bottle before use. Pour a bit of the shampoo onto the palm and rub it onto the hair, massaging the scalp for a couple of minutes to stimulate circulation. Leave it on for a while before rinsing it off.
Within a few months, your hair will restore its lightness, volume, and shine. It will be soft to the touch and it will be much longer! In a case of severe hair loss, consume nettle tea and control your blood count, as hair loss is often caused by iron deficiency or hormonal imbalance.
Panthenol: Also known as vitamin B5, it protects the scalp from damage and stimulates its regeneration.
Nettle Drops: They accelerate peripheral circulation and promote proper blood flow, which in turn supports metabolic processes in the epidermis and ease the absorption of nutrients.
AD drops: Vitamin A regenerates the scalp and supports many physiological functions in the body, which is important for the hair.
Castor Oil: Being rich in ricinoleic acid and vitamin E, castor oil strengthens the cuticle. Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant which prevents free radical damage and positively affects the scalp and the hair roots.
It works as antifungal agent as well, destroying fungus responsible for dandruff. It protects and soothes the skin on the scalp while its thick consistency helps remove dead cells from the scalp. This is very important as it prevents them from clogging the hair follicles and inhibiting hair growth.
