1 medium onion
250g peas
200g green beans
1 carrot
3 branches of broccoli
2 green peppers
2 potatoes
1/2 eggplant
1 red tomato
300-400 g pork
1 tablespoon dry mixed spice
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon red pepper
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley


On a cutting board we finely chop the onion, the green beans, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, potatoes, tomatoes and the meat.
In a oily  pan we put all the chopped ingredients and add the peas and spices. Then we put 2 cups of water and mix it all, cover it with a lid or baking foil .
Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees about 80 minutes. and take off the lid or foil and bake another 20 minutes.
