Watermelon Seed Tea – The Most Efficient Kidney Cleanser
Very few of us know about the benefits of watermelon seeds, so they most often end up in the trash. If ingested, watermelon seeds travel through the digestive tract and facilitate the digestion of food; however, once more, their true benefits remain unused.
To fully benefit from the properties of these seeds, they need to be cooked, roasted or ground. Watermelon seeds contain fiber necessary for efficient digestion and prevention of inflammation throughout the entire body.
Watermelon seeds are rich in citrulline, an organic compound with antioxidant properties. They are able to dilate blood vessels, and thus represent a real support in the treatment of atherosclerosis, hypertension and angina.
In the early twentieth century, a group of American scientists explained that watermelon seeds are effective in the treatment of kidney and urinary tract infections; this fact was demonstrated later by numerous scientific studies.
According to research, watermelon seed tea is an excellent diuretic and is recommended for patients who need to have kidney and urinary tract stones removed.
American scientists recommend the following recipe:
