Instructions

Spill several drops of the chosen relaxation oil, or ghee, and rub it gently on your feet first using your hands, and then the smooth surface of a small metallic bowl.

According to classical texts, the best thing to use is “bell metal”.

Rub the oil in both directions from two to ten minutes on both feet.

Once you’re done with the massage, wash your feet with warm water.
